In the current era of information technology of the Internet,
our lives are closely connected with the Internet. Each country
is endeavoring in this field in order to be a developed na-tion.
Our government has spent a great amount of funds to promote
information educa-tion at schools to make each class have
computers. Teachers are required to know how to use computers to
teach and educate students to use computers. Today, the com-puter
literate are obtaining knowledge, using the Internet and
becoming the winners in the age of the Internet.

At
the beginning of promoting the information education by our
government, I was as-signed to participate in computer
information study courses. After one odd month, I was in charge
of promoting school information education. As I have been
concerned with culture of indigenous peoples, I created a
personal website¡XPaiwan Tribe Millet Garden for the culture of
this village. I enclosed Biyouma blog into this website. I won
support from the net users and one of the 200 good education
websites by Commonwealth Magazine. Thanks mainly to the rich
cultural heritage of Biyouma, the blog is very popular. I am
grateful for the culture left by our ancestors and owe my
gratitude to seniors of the tribe giving me much instruction in
the tribe culture. As the village culture is different from that
of the entire Paiwan Tribe, after approval of the church
meeting, I further built Biyouma (translated from Paiwan
dialect) blog regardless of the church sects and parties. Tribes
supported the idea.
